Failing to pick up your items during scheduled pick up times is an automatic forfeit of your items, paid for or not, NO EXCEPTIONS.
I make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. I do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. Pathways Estate Services does not guarantee the working order of any electronic or mechanical item including clocks, watches, appliances, etc.
Address is provided on the morning of pickups electronically on your invoice. This is to protect the privacy of my clients.

PickUp Date/Time: Pickups will be Friday, February 6th from 11am to 3pm and Saturday from 10am to 2 pm. Please be respectful of both the homeowner's and the company's time and do your best to honor your appointment time. Appointments are spaced to avoid making you and others from having to wait around and to avoid parking headaches when space is limited. DO expect a picker sale with this estate sale pickup. This one's gonna be a good one!
