Failing to pick up your items during scheduled pick-up times is an automatic forfeit of your items, paid for or not, NO EXCEPTIONS.
I make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. I do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. Pathways Estate Services does not guarantee the working order of any electronic or mechanical item including clocks, watches, appliances, etc.
Address is provided on the morning of pickups electronically on your invoice. This is to protect the privacy of my clients.
