10% Buyer's premium and tax is added to your auction total. Tax is waived if a reseller permit is submitted or presented prior to payment
Smaller items may be available for shipping - you MUST email info@pathwaysestateservices.com PRIOR to bidding to request and arrange payment for shipping
I make every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. I do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. Pathways Estate Services does NOT guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical item.
Please come prepared with help to move furniture and large items as there will not be anyone available to assist loading.
