Pickup date and times are not flexible! I do not store these items at my home or a warehouse were they are readily available if you do not pick them up on the day and during the times designated for pickups. Failing to pick up your items during this time is an automatic forfeit of your items, paid for or not. No exceptions.
I make every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. I do not list every flaw. PickUp Date/Time: The condominiums are the Pt. Shilshole Condominiums located behind the Raptor Decking building on Seaview avenue. I will have a Pathways Estate Services sign out front to help you find your way. There is VERY limited parking so please do your best to honor the pickup time you signed up for. Thank you so much for your patience and consideration! The pickup date will be Friday, January 9th from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Additional dates/times will be added if needed and the homeowner approves.
