This auction is based out of a classic, mid-century era condominium on the Silshole Bay waterfront in Ballard, WA. This auction offers a wide array of treasures, from vintage fishing gear to stunning sterling silver pieces, delicate antique table linens to sturdy classic furniture.

Pickup date and times are not flexible! I do not store these items at my home or a warehouse were they are readily available if you do not pick them up on the day and during the times designated for pickups. Failing to pick up your items during this time is an automatic forfeit of your items, paid for or not. No exceptions.
I make every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. I do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. Pathways Estate Services does NOT guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical item.

PickUp Date/Time: The condominiums are the Pt. Shilshole Condominiums located behind the Raptor Decking building on Seaview avenue. I will have a Pathways Estate Services sign out front to help you find your way. There is VERY limited parking so please do your best to honor the pickup time you signed up for. Thank you so much for your patience and consideration! The pickup date will be Friday, January 9th from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Additional dates/times will be added if needed and the homeowner approves.
